The QA Analyst will analyze application systems, create test case documentation, and execute plans. The successful candidate will have proven experience ensuring that complex software applications are performing as designed.

The objective of the Database Support Group is to provide first and second level support in troubleshooting and resolving day to day database specific issues. In keeping with support roles, this team manages issues from initial reporting to resolution. This group works with the rest of the Infrastructure, Development and QA teams in order to ensure enhancements are engineered to meet business requirements.
- Senior Windows Support Analyst

A senior windows support analyst will be responsible for managing and providing support for all level 2 system requests. One of the key roles of the Support analyst will be to handle and implement daily production changes. Additionally, the role requires that production issues be investigated and diagnosed in a timely fashion.
- Junior Windows Support Analyst

A junior windows support analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of all server systems including OS, hardware and automated processes/jobs. This role requires the triaging of all system-generated alerts and manual requests to include troubleshooting and escalation in line with internal procedures and SLA’s. Additional responsibilities include manual completion of daily tasks while identifying areas for automation within said tasks.
- Storage Support Analyst

Provide first and second level support in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day storage-specific issues reported by systems or applications. Work with infrastructure, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure enhancements to storage environment are engineered to meet business requirements and are executed during agreed maintenance times.

Provide customized reporting and analysis tools for process automation in infrastructure group. Work very closely with the engineering teams on developing monitoring tools and processes. Streamline by implementing automation procedures to reduce manual processing.
